2.5 end

(h) does any act prejudicial to good order or to the

interest or safety of the Forces,

shall on conviction be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or with fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or with both such imprisoment and fine.

(2) Any person found in possession of any article of military equipment, clothing, rations or stores or of any other property belonging to, or of a type or pattern issued to, the Forces or to any member thereof shall, until the contrary be proved, be deemed to be wrongfully in possession thereof within the meaning of paragraph (e) of sub-section (1) of this section, and the branch of prowing the contrary shall lie upon such person.

6. Any person who attempts to commit, or conspires or agrees with another to commit, any offence, or who advises, assists in, or procures the commission of any offence, or who, hawing knowledge of an alleged or apparent offence, fails to report it or assists an alleged or apparent offender to avoid arrest, shall be punishable as a principal.
